• Shipping times vary per country/region, but as a guide please allow 6-27+ business days for delivery. (Some countries and regional areas take longer)

Bomb Trinkety regularly drops new collections that can sell out fast. Due to the handmade nature of our goods, there are usually only one or two items available in a particular style. Unfortunately your item isn't yours until you fully check out - browsing is not your friend.

To give you the best chance to secure your favourite item when you wish to purchase multiple, we recommend checking out the first item as quickly as possible, then continue shopping for other items. We happily offer combined shipping, where you initially pay postage on each successful order, then we combine your orders and refund any extra shipping paid at the time of processing your order. (Up to 5 business days)

Returns will not be granted if:

• Included care instructions have not been followed
• You change your mind (due to hygiene reasons)
• On Seconds items (please check the photo before purchasing)

Bomb Trinketies are made with high quality materials, and constructed with care. In the unlikely event that an issue arises, please contact us ASAP so it can be rectified.

Any issues from delivery/postage, please make contact within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Each product listing provides an approximate size of the earring in millimetres. All are measured from top to bottom of earring, with the exception of hoops which are given as hoop size and component size.

Those Bomb Trinketies you’ve had your eye on are only yours once you’ve successfully checked out and paid for the order.

TIP! If you are wanting multiple pairs, I highly recommend checking out after adding each pair to cart. While you do initially pay postage on each successful order, simply email your order numbers to hello@bombtrinkety.com.au and I will combine shipping and refund any extra postage paid.

Please note, refunds may take up to 10 days to hit your bank account/credit card.

Colour accuracy can be a little tricky.

I always aim to depict images true to colour, however when they are viewed on various screens/devices the colours can look a little different. Unfortunately this is out of my control.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight – preferably in an earring holder to prevent damage. Check out Bon Maxie's clever earring displays!
• If cleaning is required, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
• Keep dry – don’t wear swimming or showering.
• Keep away from perfumes and harsh chemicals.
• Be gentle when wearing your Bomb Trinketies, do not bend or flex them.
• Keep away from pets and kids (for the safety of them AND your earrings!)
• Care Instructions are also printed on each earring card for easy reference!

My fave earring holders are from Bon Maxie.

Surprisingly no! Polymer clay is super lightweight, my customers often comment on how light they actually are, especially the really big ones.

No saggy, baggy ear lobes when you get older!

Yes!

I use stainless steel earring posts and nickel-free and lead-free backs, which are generally suitable for sensitive ears. However, some people may be extra sensitive – so please be careful and stop wearing your earrings if they do cause irritation.
